Triumph brought 180 delegates to Athena Events Venue for a full-day conference that combined business content with a striking product showcase and an evening celebration. The event was a success from start to finish, with every detail planned and executed in partnership with Triumph.

Our team worked closely with Triumph to design the flow of the day: from set-up and technical requirements through to catering and cloakroom arrangements. Athena’s scale and flexibility made it possible to host presentations, a motorcycle launch on stage, and a formal awards ceremony in one seamless itinerary.

On the day, guests arrived to a professional conference environment, enjoyed a buffet lunch and refreshments throughout the afternoon, and rounded off with an awards ceremony and a post-event drinks reception in the foyer bar. Overnight delegates were able to use our cloakroom service for added convenience.

Feedback on the catering and the venue was overwhelmingly positive, with Triumph and their delegates praising the combination of a serious conference setting and a memorable celebration under one roof.
