Do you have on-site catering?

Yes. Athena Events Venue is supported by an experienced, award-winning team of in-house chefs who specialise in fresh, flavoursome cuisine. All dietary requirements and allergies can be catered to.

Can I get WiFi at the venue?

Yes. The venue is equipped with complimentary, super-fast fibre Wi-Fi throughout.

What are the floor plans & dimensions of rooms?

Can I provisionally book the venue?

Yes. We understand that planning an event involves multiple arrangements. You are welcome to provisionally hold a date while final details are being confirmed. Please contact our team to discuss availability.

How do I confirm my booking?

To secure your booking, we require a signed contract and a deposit, as outlined in the agreement. Flexible payment terms can be arranged upon request.

Can we set up the day before the event?

Early access can be arranged subject to availability. Use of the venue the day prior to your event would require an additional booking and cost.

Do you have accommodation on site?

Athena Events Venue does not have on-site accommodation. However, there are several hotels located within walking distance of the venue. Please contact us if you would like a recommended list.
