Can I get WiFi at the venue?
Yes, complimentary high-speed WiFi is available throughout the venue for all guests and event attendees.
What are the dimensions of rooms & are there cloakroom facilities available?
Our main cinema suite measures 29.5m x 28.8m, with additional spaces including the Gallery, Deco Lounge, and City View areas. Cloakroom facilities are available for your guests' convenience.
Can we set up the day before the event?
Yes, early setup can be arranged based on availability. Please coordinate with our team in advance to schedule your setup time.
Can I view Athena?
Absolutely! You can schedule a guided tour of Athena before making a booking. Contact us to arrange a convenient time for your visit.
Do you have AV on site?
We have an extensive AV in-house system. We are constantly updating our technology so please contact us for our latest specification.
Can we bring our own AV?
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own AV equipment. Our team can assist with setup and integration with our existing systems if needed.
Do you have on site catering?
Yes, we offer a variety of catering options including buffets, plated meals, and canapés. Our in-house chef has been delivering exceptional menus for over 20 years.
