Bringing the Vision to Life

Exaucee and Senior had a clear vision for their wedding, and our team worked alongside them—and with their chosen suppliers—to bring it to life. Whether working with Athena’s in-house kitchen or coordinating with external caterers, every detail was aligned with their wishes. The result was a seamless blend of stunning décor, delicious food, and a room that felt entirely their own.

Planning meetings, menu tastings, and layout decisions were all handled with care, so that by the time the big day arrived, the couple could relax and enjoy every moment.

The Big Day

On Friday, 22nd August 2025, 300 guests took their seats in the main hall, with 50 more on the balcony, for a ceremony and reception that filled Athena with joy. The scale of the venue allowed for a grand yet intimate atmosphere, while our team ensured that every transition—from ceremony to drinks, dinner to dancing—ran smoothly behind the scenes.

From coordination with photographers and videographers to managing timings and guest flow, Athena’s experience in hosting weddings meant that Exaucee and Senior could focus entirely on each other and their guests.
