Blue Diamond brought over 700 colleagues together at Athena Events Venue for their annual staff awards and conference—a two-day event that combined business with a spectacular 1920s-themed celebration.
From the initial brief in October 2022 through to the event in March 2023, our team worked closely with Blue Diamond to bring their vision to life. Athena’s Art Deco architecture provided the perfect backdrop for a fully immersive Roaring Twenties experience.
Guests enjoyed a three-course dinner before the awards ceremony, followed by a seamless 45-minute room turnaround from dinner to party. A live band and DJ kept the dance floor busy, with a late licence until 3 am. Athena staff wore themed uniforms to complete the atmosphere, and an on-account bar with exceptional service ensured the night ran smoothly from start to finish.
